Requirements
- Graduate, D.Ed./B.Ed.
- Min. 3 Years of Experience as a Primary Coordinator
- content knowledge for English, Math, SS, Science for grades
1-5

Multiple Intelligence, IBL, Bloom's taxonomy and so on
- leadership qualities to be able to inspire a team of
teachers
