KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Classroom Management:
Uphold a classroom setting that emphasizes safety and respect.
Implement effective classroom behaviour strategies, fostering a positive learning environment.
3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Systematically evaluate student performance using various assessment tools.
Engage in regular discussions with parents/guardians about their child's academic progress.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and best practices.
Maintain open communication channels with parents/guardians, ensuring they are informed about their child's education.
5. Professional Development:
Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Stay updated with the latest educational technologies to enhance classroom effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Elementary Education or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
