About the role
- Presenting lessons comprehensively, utilizing visual/audio aids to facilitate learning.
- Providing individualized instruction through interactive learning methods.
- Creating and distributing educational content such as notes, summaries, and assignments.
- Assessing and recording students' progress, providing grades, and constructive feedback.
- Maintaining a tidy and orderly classroom environment.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers, parents, and stakeholders through regular meetings.
- Planning and executing educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
- Observing and understanding students' behavior, reporting suspicions of neglect or abuse.
- Continuously developing and enriching professional skills through seminars, conferences, etc..
RequirementsRequired Qualifications - H.S.C , D.Ed. or B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed. (D.Ed is preferable)
Required Skills - Strong foundation in primary education, effective communication, and enthusiasm for teaching.
