Role Overview
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect you will play a strategic role in LTIMindtrees Oracle HCM practice by leading RFP and RFI responses crafting scalable cloud HCM solutions and working closely with global pursuit teams This role demands deep Oracle HCM expertise a strong presales mindset and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to enterprise clients
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical solutioning for Oracle Cloud HCM RFPsRFIs across modules like Core HR Payroll Talent Absence and Recruiting
Develop solution architecture delivery approach and effort estimates aligned to customer objectives
Prepare compelling proposals presentations and pricing inputs in collaboration with delivery and sales teams
Participate in client orals workshops and bid defenses to present solutions confidently and effectively
Build and maintain a knowledge base of reusable assets past responses and case studies
Stay current on Oracle product roadmap innovations eg AIML in HCM and competitor landscape
Required Skills
10 years of experience in HCM domain with minimum 5 years in Oracle Cloud HCM
Handson knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules and their endtoend capabilities
Demonstrated success in managing presales and RFP responses within a global IT services context
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills must be able to create highquality proposal content
Strong grasp of solution estimation deployment models and integration approaches in Oracle HCM
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications eg Global HR Talent Payroll
Experience in global rollouts transformation programs and change management
Exposure to Oracle HCM analytics and AIpowered HR solutions
