- The Veteran's Lens: 20-25 years of experience in core consumer internet products. You have lived through multiple technology cycles and migrations.
- Scale Mastery: Proven track record of architecting and scaling distributed systems that handle billions of requests and petabytes of data.
- Technical Breadth: You are familiar with the latest advancements not just in engineering but also in AI, hardware, and cloud, as well as having an understanding of P& L.
- Product Thinking: You don't build tech for tech's sake. You understand the e-commerce space.
- Leadership without Authority: Exceptional ability to influence engineering and product leadership through technical clarity, empathy, and data-backed conviction.
