Job Title Insurance Domain Expert
Role Summary
Lead and grow the Insurance Practice by driving domainled consulting solution development business growth thought leadership and capability building across Life PC Reinsurance Health and Specialty Insurance segments
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Insurance Practice strategy and roadmap
Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive business development solutioning and deal pursuits
Act as a trusted advisor to insurance clients and CXO stakeholders
Develop industry solutions accelerators frameworks and AIled transformation offerings
Lead consulting engagements covering underwriting claims policy administration distribution operations and digital transformation
Build and mentor a team of insurance SMEs consultants and business analysts
Establish partnerships with InsurTechs platform providers and industry organizations
Drive thought leadership through whitepapers client workshops industry events and market insights
Support strategic accounts with domain expertise transformation roadmaps and innovation initiatives
Required Skills Experience
15 years of experience in the Insurance industry consulting or insurance technology services
Deep understanding of Insurance value chains including
Policy Administration
Underwriting
Claims Management
Distribution Brokers
Reinsurance
Finance Regulatory Reporting
Strong expertise in one or more segments
Life Annuities
Property Casualty PC
Health Insurance
Reinsurance
Specialty Insurance
Experience leading large transformation modernization or consulting programs
Strong business development and solutioning experience with proven contribution to revenue growth
Understanding of digital transformation cloud data analytics AIGenAI automation and Insurance platforms
Excellent stakeholder management executive communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across Sales Delivery Technology and Consulting organizations
Good to have Qualifications
Insurance certifications such as ACII FLMI ALMI AINS or equivalent
Experience working with global insurers reinsurers brokers or InsurTech organizations
