Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Wholesale and Partner Management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Drools, Kafka, Cloud Technologies, and DevOps practices. The role involves developing scalable backend services, responsive frontend applications, event-driven integrations, and cloud-native solutions while driving high-quality software delivery.

Design, build and enhance the Wholesale platform: partner and MVNO onboarding, order and provisioning flows, usage and rating rules, and the partner-facing and internal portals. You will own features end to end, from Java microservices and rules to Angular screens.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java and Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs (OpenAP Swagger) supporting wholesale order, provisioning, usage and billing-adjacent workflows.
• Author and maintain business rules in Drools (DRL, decision tables, rule testing and versioning) so pricing, eligibility and validation logic can change without code releases.
• Build event-driven integrations using Kafka (producers, consumers, schemas, partitioning, exactly-once and idempotency patterns) and RabbitMQ (queues, exchanges, DLQs, retries).
• Use Claude (Claude Code and the Claude API) responsibly to accelerate development, testing, code review and documentation; integrate AI-assisted features into Spring Boot services where the business case supports it.
• Implement caching and session state patterns with Redis, including TTL, eviction and invalidation strategy.
• Model and tune data in Oracle (PLSQL, indexing, query tuning, partitioning) and MongoDB (document design, aggregation pipelines, indexes).
• Build responsive Angular front ends in TypeScript and reactive forms, RxJS, state management, reusable components, accessibility.
• Write unit, integration and contract tests; participate in code reviews, design reviews and sprint ceremonies.
• Containerize services and ship them to Kubernetes through CI CD; add logging, metrics and tracing to everything you build.
• Troubleshoot production issues with the Ops engineer and contribute to root-cause analysis and runbooks.

Required qualifications

• 7 plus years of professional software development; 5 plus years in Java (11 17 plus) with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on Drools (or equivalent rules engine) in a production system.
• Hands-on experience using Claude (Claude Code or Claude API) with Spring Boot, for AI-assisted development and or integrating LLM features (for example Spring AI) with sound prompt, data-handling and review practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ, and a clear view of when to use each.
• Solid Redis, Oracle (SQL and PL SQL) and MongoDB experience.
• 3 plus years of Angular (recent versions), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 plus), HTML5 and CSSSCSS.
• Microservices, distributed systems and API design (REST, idempotency, versioning, pagination, error handling).
• Testing: JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers Jasmine Karma or Jest; Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end.
• Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, config, probes, resource limits).
• AWS experience (EKS, S3, SQS SNS, RDS, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, Cloudformation) and Microsoft Azure Entra ID (OAuth OIDC SSO, app registrations, groups and roles, token validation in Spring Security and Angular via MSAL).
• Git, GitLab (or similar) CI CD, Maven or Gradle, Jira, Agile delivery.
• Secure coding: OAuth2 OIDC, JWT, secrets handling, OWASP Top 10, input validation.

Mandatory Domain Skill:

• Strong background in Telecom and Mobile Applications
• Knowledge of telecom service operations and billing systems
• Experience with NetCracker, Amdocs or similar BSS-OSS platforms, and TIBCO or other integration middleware.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom wholesale, MVNO, mediation, rating or order-to-activate domain experience.
• Event design: Avro Protobuf with Schema Registry, Kafka Streams, saga and outbox patterns.
• Performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling) JVM tuning and profiling.
• Azure services beyond Entra ID, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD or Flux).
• SonarQube, Fortify or Checkmarx remediation; contract testing with Pact.
