About the role
Endor Labs is looking for a Principal DevOps who can lead a small, high-impact platform team. You'd own reliability, uptime, deployment pipelines, and cloud architecture for a product trusted by large software teams. The work is hands-on, and you'd guide engineers while shaping the long-term infra roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for a security platform used at enterprise scale.
- Manage cloud deployments on AWS and tune systems for resilience and cost efficiency.
- Oversee Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Partner with backend, security, and product teams to ship updates fast without compromising stability.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and set standards for automation, observability, and infra health.
Requirements:
- 12 years of DevOps or SRE experience with recent exposure to leadership.
- Strong skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud architecture.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms with high security expectations.
- Ability to guide engineering teams with clear direction and strong communication.
