About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and technical delivery of large-scale backend and AI projects.
- Design and build AI-first applications using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, or NET.
- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration systems.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and external APIs.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical features.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance and design reviews while remaining an individual contributor.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js OR Java OR. NET.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (Mandatory).
- Experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices, and API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, messaging systems, and scalable architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
