Responsibilities:

• Guide architecture reviews across multiple teams.
• Platform Ownership Lead one or more strategic technical areas, including:
• AI Voice Platform, Real-time conversational AI infrastructure.
• Streaming ASR LLM TTS pipelines.
• Voice agent orchestration.
• AI evaluation frameworks.
• Latency optimization.
• Integrations Platform Connector framework.
• SDK architecture.
• Eventing infrastructure.
• Webhook reliability.
• API versioning.
• Platform observability.
• Core Platform Modernisation Monolith decomposition.
• Service migration strategies.
• Database optimization.
• Platform scalability.
• Reliability engineering.
• CI/CD modernisation.
• Engineering Leadership Mentor, Staff and Senior Engineers.
• Drive technical decision-making across organisations.
• Lead multi-quarter engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale production systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems.
• Strong background in platform engineering.
• Experience modernising legacy applications.

• Proven ability to influence engineering organisations.
• Strong communication and technical leadership.
• Proven experience building systems at scale.
