Founded in 2016, it manages around USD 500 million in assets and has invested USD 300 million in 400+ companies, whose combined valuation exceeds USD 12 billion.The firm invests from early to growth stages with cheque sizes ranging from USD 250K to USD 20M. It also leverages a global network of 5,000+ investors across 20+ countries and has a strong presence in over 50 Indian cities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Investment Ownership

• Own the full cycle: sourcing → evaluation → IC → negotiation → Fundraising → Monitoring→ Exits

• Build thesis-led conviction and drive structured, high-velocity investment decisions.

• Run deep due diligence, financial evaluation, and category mapping.

• Lead and mentor a 8-10-member sector cluster.

• Full P&L ownership for the sector.

• Run weekly funnel reviews and quarterly sector strategy reviews.

• Build sector insights: market maps, competitive landscapes, investment theses.

• Drive category-build initiatives and represent the company externally.

• Act as the primary bridge between founders and internal  teams.

• Support founders across GTM, product, fundraising, governance, and hiring.

• Enable follow-ons through VC, FO, and global investor networks.

• Drive secondaries, strategic exits, and structured liquidity events.

• Track runway, performance, and exit readiness.6. CAT I Angel Fund Responsibilities

• Co-drive sector pipeline and fund strategy.

• Engage with LPs and strategic partners.

• Ensure governance and compliance per CAT I AIF norms.

Qualification and Experience:

•  6–10+ years in VC, CVC, IB, PE, consulting, or startup leadership.

•  Strong experience across sourcing, evaluation, portfolio, and exits.

• Experience in team leadership & P&L ownership.

• Sector knowledge in Deeptech/AI/Fintech/D2C.

• Founder-friendly, analytical, execution-driven.
