About the role
Responsibilities:
- Define technical strategy and architecture for IAM solutions, ensuring security, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead developers and systems engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining IAM systems, tools, and technologies.
- Drive solutions across identity lifecycle management, identity and access governance, privileged access management, and access management.
- Collaborate with product management and identity security control teams to align technical solutions with business and security requirements.
- Apply agile development practices to respond to evolving cybersecurity threats and changing business needs.
- Partner with workplace, systems infrastructure, network, and cloud platform teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure solutions meet operational, usability, performance, and security standards.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices and architectural principles to strengthen enterprise identity security.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software development, systems engineering, and enterprise IAM architecture.
- Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, and access control.
- Expertise in cybersecurity practices, security architecture, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven technical leadership experience managing developers and systems engineers.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of scalability, availability, operability, and cloud and infrastructure integration.
