About the role
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance as well as hands-on management for all product development within the company.
- Identify frameworks/technologies/languages/libraries to be used to achieve the desired goal.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Define standards and best practices to support the agile development process.
- Ensure product quality is world-class at all times.
- Ensure the Implementation of a formal process to support the product development process.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
- Knowledge of caching solutions, Redis, Memcache, and one of the popular RDBMS.
- In-depth understanding of popular architectures, such as SOA, RESTful, microservices, and Messaging Bus.
- Knowledge of popular front-end MVC technologies.
