Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and handson GenAI Architect with deep expertise in fullstack Python development GenAI frameworks agentic systems and cloudnative deployments This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments leads by example in pair programming and can architect scalable intelligent AI solutions across enterprise platforms
Required Skills
15 years of experience in Python development using Django Flask and FastAPI
Proven expertise in GitHub Copilot Amazon Q and Cloud Code
Strong background in pair programming and mentoring engineering teams
Backend architecture and development using FastAPI Django and Flask
Handson experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex and Hugging Face
Deep understanding of vector databases RAG GraphRAG and embedding generation
Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as CrewAI Autogen and LangGraph
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Proven track record in DevOps deployment CICD pipelines and cloudnative architecture
Nice to Have
Experience with frontend frameworks like Reactjs or Angular
Exposure to cloudnative observability performance optimization and security best practices
Responsibilities
Architect and lead the development of GenAIpowered applications and services
Design intelligent agentic workflows and scalable backend systems
Collaborate in pair programming setups to guide and mentor engineering teams
Drive cloudnative deployments and DevOps automation across environments
Integrate GenAI and agentic frameworks into enterprisegrade solutions
