As a Process Consultant, you will leverage your extensive expertise in healthcare operations to drive process excellence and foster robust client relationships. This role demands a strategic approach to managing complex processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service within the US healthcare landscape.
Job Description:
1. Lead client interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
2. Proactively manage and resolve complex client escalations, acting as a primary point of contact and client advocate to ensure satisfaction.
3. Oversee and optimize processes within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) domains, including voice processes and claims processing.
4. Ensure strict adherence to US Healthcare regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and relevant State Mandates, in all operational activities.
5. Monitor and manage Process Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent achievement of operational targets and client satisfaction.
6. Drive process compliance with established standards, including ISO and ISMS guidelines, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
7. Utilize advanced analytical skills and tools, including MS Excel, to analyze process data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
8. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing overall team performance.
9. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills to effectively address client needs and operational challenges.
10. Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate data entry, while upholding high standards of English communication and professional telephone etiquette.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in process consulting or a similar role within the healthcare or BPO sector.
* Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP), including voice processes and claims processing.
* In-depth understanding and practical application of US Healthcare regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and State Mandates.
* Proven ability in client interaction, client escalation management, and client advocacy, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
* Strong analytical skills, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with professional telephone etiquette.
* Experience with Process SLA management, ISO, and ISMS standards.
* Ability to mentor and coach team members, contributing to team development and performance.
* High attention to detail for data entry, process compliance, and TAT management.
* Typing skills for efficient data handling.
* Commitment to customer satisfaction and client relationship management.
