Job Location: Chennai
Shifts: Flexible with US shifts.
Experience: 6 - 15 Years
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 ), freshers are not eligible.
- Submission of all educational and employment documents is mandatory .
- Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account. Cash payments are not acceptable.
- Life & Annuity Insurance Domain Expertise with strong knowledge of insurance operations and business processes.
- 10+ years of experience managing insurance operations for a leading U.S.-based insurer.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large teams of 100+ professionals, with responsibility for operational delivery.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, evolving customer expectations, and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in leading major transformation initiatives, delivering measurable business and operational benefits.
- Strong capability in developing high-impact executive presentations (PowerPoint) for both internal leadership and external/client stakeholders.
- Green Belt Certification, with practical knowledge of process improvement and operational excellence methodologies.
- Ø Preferred Skills:
- FLMI / ALMI Certification
- Black Belt Certification
- Managed Blended Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice)
- Understanding of HIPAA Compliance requirements
