About the role
- Handle procurement of MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, STP/WTP & Housekeeping materials.
- Source and manage vendors/suppliers, quotations, and price negotiations.
- Raise PR/PO and ensure timely material delivery to sites.
- Coordinate with Facility/Operations teams for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, inventory & MIS reports.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement, quality, and timely delivery.
