About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own design end-to-end, from understanding the problem to shipping the experience.
- Work directly with founders and engineers to turn product ideas into clear, usable flows.
- Build and maintain the design system.
- Use AI tools to speed up exploration and iteration, and code prototypes and POCs.
- Run customer research and talk to users regularly to shape what you build.
- Track how your designs perform after launch and improve them based on user feedback and data.
