About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own product design from concept through launch.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Design AI-powered experiences across web and mobile products.
- Simplify complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user journeys.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design and prototyping workflows.
Within your first few months, you'll:
- Ship meaningful product improvements used by real customers.
- Improve key user journeys and onboarding experiences.
- Design new AI-powered workflows and experiences.
- Help establish scalable design standards across products.
- Influence product direction through user insights and design thinking.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
- Excellent Figma skills.
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
- High attention to detail and visual design quality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience designing SaaS, consumer, or AI products.
- Startup experience.
- Experience with design systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies.
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
- Motion design or prototyping experience.
