About the role
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business and customer requirements.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with design and engineering for smooth execution.
- Analyze product performance, funnels, and KPIs.
- Run experiments to improve conversion and retention.
- Manage product launches and post-launch iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PRDs, wireframes, and roadmaps.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and GA/Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication skills and an ownership mindset.
- Startup mindset with speed and adaptability.
