About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for one or more critical verticals.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.
- Build no-code MVPs when the luxury of bandwidth is unavailable.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate fast, and yes, write your own queries.
- Prioritize ruthlessly to balance short-term outcomes with long-term bets.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer tech or mobility.
- Proven success in building and launching 01 or high-growth products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you should be as comfortable diving into data as you are writing a PRD.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication - you can simplify complex problems and inspire action.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
Bonus If You Have:
- Background in analytics and design.
- Experience working in logistics, transportation, or marketplace businesses.
- A track record of building products from scratch or scaling products in early-stage environments.
