About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing products in a high-growth startup environment. The role requires strong product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, growth, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own product features from ideation to launch and optimisation.
- Define PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and product roadmaps.
- Analyse user behaviour, funnels, and product metrics to drive growth.
- Work with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams for execution.
- Improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and A/B experiments.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Product Management / Product Strategy / Product Analytics experience.
- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
- B. Tech/BE from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering college.
- Experience in B2C, consumer-facing internet, SaaS, or startup products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Background: Consumer internet, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, marketplace, creator economy, travel-tech, gaming, social platforms, or consumer SaaS startups.
