Originated as a telemedicine platform during the 2015 Swine Flu epidemic, Visit Health has grown into an all-in-one wellness ecosystem that connects doctors, insurers, and millions of Indian families. We are looking for a Product Manager (3+ years experience) to join our high-impact team. You will own key product areas and drive initiatives that redefine health benefits programs across the Indian corporate ecosystem. This role requires a balance of execution excellence and strategic thinking, with strong ownership across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a Product Charter End-to-End Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a core product area tied to business outcomes
Drive 0→1 and 1→N ExecutionTake products/features from idea to launch and scale with speed, clarity, and measurable impact
Solve High-Complexity ProblemsTranslate ambiguous healthcare, insurance, and user engagement challenges into simple, scalable product solutions
Lead Cross-Functional ExecutionAct as the single owner across Engineering, Design, Growth, and Ops to deliver outcomes—not just features
Continuously Optimize with Data & InsightsTrack key metrics, run experiments, and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, engagement, and retention
Must-Have Requirements:
3–5 years of product experience with strong ownershipProven track record of shipping products/features end-to-end with measurable impact
0→1 or 1→N product building experienceAbility to take products from idea to launch or scale existing products effectively
Structured problem-solving & product thinkingBreak down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, user journeys, and execution plans
Data-driven executionDefine success metrics, analyze funnels, run experiments, and iterate based on insights
