About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own product documentation: Technical Docs, PRDs, and internal product knowledge and work with engineering leads to ensure they are up to date.
- Be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely release of the release notes for every product release.
- Maintain user stories and the product backlog and keep them properly groomed with Engineering.
- Respond to customer security and product questionnaires, RFIs and RFPs, working with Security and Sales.
- Track competitors and work with marketing to keep an internal competitive briefing up to date.
Requirements:
- MBA from IIM Bangalore or equivalent.
- 2 years of work experience.
- Excellent written English - this is an important requirement for the role.
- Organised and detail-oriented; comfortable owning documents and keeping them current.
- Enough technical fluency to work with engineers (APIs, cloud, data models). And use the product and understand its capabilities.
- Well-versed in and actively leveraging AI tools; Use the JetStream product.
- Interest in AI, AI Governance, and enterprise AI security.
