About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager - observability - to drive data-driven decisions that enhance system reliability and customer experience. You will define product vision and roadmap, collaborate across teams, and translate user needs into clear deliverables. The role includes leading MVP discovery, running experiments, and ensuring effective sprint execution.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management, a user-centric mindset, and change leadership skills, along with expertise in observability (logs, metrics, traces), distributed systems, and APIs/backend systems within DevOps CI/CD environments.
- Experience with tools such as Splunk and Observatory is essential, along with 4-5 years of product management experience and a proven ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
