Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design within cross-functional pods to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders across business functions to align priorities and communicate product direction effectively.
  • Continuously experiment, learn, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and opportunities to enhance our products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity and depth.
  • High user empathy and a genuine curiosity to understand customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data, metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, emerging technologies, and their applications in creating better user experiences is a plus.
  • Experience working in consumer internet, SaaS, marketplaces, B2B2C, or platform businesses is preferred.
