About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong healthcare domain expertise to drive the development of scalable healthcare data products and platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, analytics, design, and client teams to define product strategy, manage product lifecycles, and deliver solutions aligned with healthcare industry standards and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute the product roadmap from ideation to launch.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specifications, engineering collaboration, release reviews, and client rollout.
- Create and maintain scalable data flow diagrams, data catalogs, and data dictionaries.
- Define data architecture standards and best practices to improve data quality, interoperability, and portability.
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Develop client-facing and technical product documentation.
- Collaborate with prospects, clients, and partners to understand business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally on healthcare data and platform strategy.
- Deeply understand and optimize the customer journey and user experience.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or engineering within healthcare technology companies.
- Strong experience with healthcare systems and data standards, including EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, and Meditech, and healthcare workflows involving EDI, HIE, PBM, and payer claims processing.
- Understanding of healthcare taxonomies and metrics such as HEDIS, STARS, HCC, CCS, and related frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and payer-provider workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, engineering, analytics, and design teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and influence decision-making across teams.
