About the role
We are hiring a Product Manager to own and enhance the pre-order and post-order customer journey. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap for pre-order and post-order workflows.
- Gather requirements and create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features.
- Analyse product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Prioritise features and ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience.
- Strong experience in pre-order and post-order product flows.
- Product Strategy, PRD, User Stories, Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
