About the role
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML-based products.
- Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Translate business problems into AI/ML product opportunities.
- Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, and model performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, UX, Operations, and Business.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
- Ensure AI models align with business goals, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Monitor product adoption, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Agile product delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML products, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, Generative AI, or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and the AI product lifecycle.
- Experience working with Data Science, MLOps, and Engineering teams.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
