About the role
This is primarily a Product + Operations + Analytics role in an E-commerce/Fintech environment. The person should be able to work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Payments, Supply Chain and external partners.
Requirements:
Candidate should ideally have experience in:
- Strategic projects: market expansion, new business initiatives, special projects.
- Payments and refunds: payment success, refunds, payment gateways.
- Growth experiments: acquisition, retention, segmentation, campaigns.
- Cross-functional coordination: Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, external partners.
- E-commerce problem-solving: returns, NPS, logistics delays, supply-chain issues.
- Data analysis: Excel/Sheets and preferably SQL.
- Managing multiple workstreams with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Mandatory Skills: Skill Priority: Fintech / E-commerce Mandatory; Payments Mandatory; Product Mandatory; Solution Engineering Mandatory; SQL Mandatory.
