About the Role
We are looking for a highly
motivated Product Owner Intern to support the Final Distribution (FD) team in
managing product development, portfolio evolution, commercialization
activities, and cross-functional project coordination. The intern will work closely
with Product Owners, Offer Marketing, R&D, Industrialization, Compliance,
Supply Chain, and Country teams to support the successful delivery of product
launches and portfolio management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio
Management
·
Support the Product Owner in managing the product roadmap and
offer lifecycle.
·
Assist in portfolio analysis, benchmarking, and value proposition
development.
·
Support business case preparation, including market sizing, sales
forecasts, and financial analysis.
·
Track competitor products, market trends, and customer
requirements.
Project Management
·
Monitor project milestones and support project governance
activities.
·
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate
project information.
·
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management
presentations.
·
Track action items, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
Commercialization &
Launch Support
·
Support global and local product launch activities.
·
Coordinate launch asset readiness including catalogues,
datasheets, technical guides, and marketing content.
·
Work with country teams to collect launch requirements and
commercialization plans.
·
Assist in launch stock planning and readiness tracking.
Technical &
Compliance Support
·
Support certification tracking activities (IEC, CB, CE, BIS, and
local regulations).
·
Maintain product technical documentation and product databases.
·
Coordinate information collection from compliance and technical
teams.
·
Support technical data consolidation for customer and country
requests.
Data Analysis &
Reporting
·
Analyze market, sales, and product performance data.
·
Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
·
Support cost benchmarking and portfolio profitability analysis.
·
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education
·
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,
Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or
Business Management.
Skills
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Good understanding of electrical distribution products is
preferred.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
·
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
·
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
·
Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional
environment.
