About the role
We are looking for a product owner to manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality InsureTech products. The role involves backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and product execution in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product development plans, timelines, and project execution.
- Prioritise and maintain the product backlog and user stories.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, design, and business teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily Agile activities.
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve project blockers.
- Ensure timely product delivery and smooth product launches.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards.
Requirements:
- Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Knowledge of InsureTech, SaaS, or insurance domain preferred.
- Understanding of APIs, automation, and digital product development is a plus.
