About the role
In the role of Product Owner at SHL, you will work closely with your agile team to maintain the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop, and retain outstanding talent.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e. g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
- Product Management experience, working directly with engineering teams preparing backlogs and user stories.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch).
Desirable:
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in market research, UX design principles, and agile.
- Experience with AI-powered software is a plus.
