- Road mapping: Developing product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Prioritization: Expert in prioritizing features and product backlogs based on value, effort, and strategic alignment
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Skilled in identifying, documenting, and analyzing requirements to create clear and actionable user stories.
- Agile Methodology: Adept in Agile practices, particularly Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, with experience of developing agile processes and managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams.
