Job Purpose: To own and deliver digital product capabilities for the Digital Partnerships (Distribution, Risk-shared, co-lending, EDI, paylater) across Digital B2C and B2B by translating business needs into prioritized, high-quality, and compliant solutions that enable business growth, efficiency, and risk control. Key Result Areas: Backlog Ownership & Prioritization Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business outcomes and regulatory needs Requirement Definition Translate business needs into clear, testable, and compliant user stories Delivery Enablement Support teams with clarifications, decisions, and acceptance criteria Stakeholder Alignment Align Business, Risk, Ops, and IT on scope, priorities, and timelines Adoption & Benefits Drive UAT, readiness, adoption, and benefits realization
