About the role
We at GoodScore are building a Product Strategy team and are looking for sharp, high-ownership problem-solvers to join it. You will own the strategic side of product: finding and sizing new opportunities, understanding what users truly need, and turning ideas into launched products with clear metrics.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and product, with no hard boundaries. You will work closely with the Founder and product leadership and rotate across product workstreams, from competitive research and vendor evaluation to roadmap shaping, launches and metric ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Market Opportunities and New Initiatives: Identify and size new market opportunities (TAM/SAM), build business cases for new products and initiatives, and drive them from idea to launch.
- Industry and Competitive Intelligence: Track what is happening across fintech, AI, product and technology; run competitor deep-dives and bring actionable ideas to the team.
- Vendor and Tools Evaluation: Evaluate tech vendors, partners and tools against clear criteria and recommend what we should build, buy or adopt.
- User Understanding: Talk to users and analyse behavioural data to understand what they want; translate insights into product direction and priorities.
- Roadmap and Metric Ownership: Shape the product roadmap, write crisp product documents, and own metrics for the launches you drive.
- Project Management and Execution: Run cross-functional projects with product, tech, design and business teams with rigour, diligence and strong follow-through.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting at MBB or other top-tier firms (Kearney, Strategy&, L. E. K., etc. ); post-MBA candidates ideally 1-2 years into their role.
- Undergraduate degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IITs, NITs, etc. ) and/or MBA from a Tier-1 college, with a strong academic and performance track record
- Exposure to growth, digital, product or fintech projects preferred.
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills; comfort with data, Excel and modelling (SQL is a plus).
- Crisp written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in technology, AI and digital products, and a strong desire to move from strategy into execution.
