- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols in the production environment
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Proven experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with ergonomic and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a production setting
- Experience with production scheduling and inventory management
- Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in manufacturing
