The Production Executive will be responsible for coordinating production resources, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality of work is achieved. A successful Production Executive will have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

1. Material Inventory follow up and check the availability to run the Production.

1. Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading engineering drawings.

1. Prepare the CNC Machine Loading Schedule.

1. Make Sure the CAM Programs are ready before loading the Job.

1. Make sure the Tooling is ready before loading the Job.

1. Check the Manpower availability and do the needful.

1. Check and report machines to ensure properly maintained.

Hands on experience in CNC milling Machines and Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Executive.

1. Technical Skills:

7. Machine Operation: Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including setting up, loading materials, and executing programs.

7. G-codes & M-Codes: Thorough knowledge about G-Codes and M-Codes.

7. Drawing interpretation: Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawing.

7. Precision Measurement: Skill in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment’s like profile projector, 2D digital height gauge etc.

7. Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.

7. Proficiency required in operating Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain controllers

1. Mechanical Aptitude: A good understanding of how machines work and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

1. Attention to Detail: CNC Operators must be precise and meticulous to ensure accurate output.

1. Math Skills: Basic math skills are crucial for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.

1. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety guidelines.

ITI / Diploma / B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Hands on experience in CNC milling Machines and Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Executive.
