About the role
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Ensure proper documentation of dispatch activities, including invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure productivity targets are met.
Work closely with the quality team to ensure product standards are maintained before dispatch.
Oversee loading and unloading operations and ensure vehicle scheduling is managed efficiently.
Maintain records related to production output, wastage, and dispatch reports.
Ensure safety and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in production supervision and dispatch management.
Prior experience in a printing, packaging, or manufacturing setup preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Tally software for documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
