Job Overview: Production Shift Incharge
- Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Technical: CNC, VMC, HMC, and SPM settings, programming, and offset changes.
- Management: Manpower handling and troubleshooting.
- Systems: Knowledge of 5S and Quality Systems.
- Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years.
- Location: Wai - Satara (Maharashtra, India).

Employment Terms
- Duty Hours: 12 hours per shift.
- Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night).
- Salary Scale: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month (which equals ₹4.8 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA).
