·Manage mould changes and colour changes.
·Train production employees.
·Achieve shift production targets.
·Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality requirements.
·Reduce rejection and lumps.
·Maintain production records and shift documents.
·Ensure effective utilization of manpower.
·Maintain 5S standards in production areas.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
