About the role
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Technical/Application Support, preferably in Software Engineering or BFSI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; ITIL certification is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Java-based applications, SaaS, web/mobile applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Linux, Kafka, Kibana, and web technologies like JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, with knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise in incident, problem, performance, and capacity management in production environments.
- Lead application support operations, manage P1/P2 incidents, drive CSAT and resolution metrics, and coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and DevOps teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
