- Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of assembled electronic boards (PCBs).
- Troubleshoot and analyse defective boards to identify root causes (component-level and circuit-level).
- Prepare and maintain test procedures, checklists, and quality records.
- Work closely with the R& D and production teams to resolve technical issues and implement design-for-test (DFT) improvements.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and validating test setups and jigs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of test equipment and instruments.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better yield and efficiency.
- Train technicians and operators on test processes and quality inspection techniques.

- 2-5 years of experience in PCB assembly testing or electronics production environment.
- Knowledge of microcontroller-based board testing and firmware flashing.
- Strong understanding of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Hands-on experience with test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and power supplies.
- Familiarity with ESD handling, soldering/rework practices, and PCB schematics reading.
- Experience in using automated test equipment (ATE) or functional test jigs is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
