About the role
The role is to support the Europe / North America division for Program Controlling
▪ Job Description-
Ensure program controlling procedures mandatory implementation.
Alert Program manager & Controlling manager in case of discrepancies.
Keep track of all program financial KPI’s and make sure that business plan figures are in line with Budget.
▪ Provide and secure program controlling inputs
Participate during program acquisition. Keep backup of all files relevant to acquisition of program.
Provide innovative financial solutions during acquisition & development of program.
Upload RFQA / IBP in workflow for approval form division & BG.
Monthly simulation of business plan effecting visibility during month along with risk & Opportunities.
Lead all program forecasting processes (SP/Budget, periodic forecast etc)
Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency.
Reporting of R&D P&L & provide information / reports to division /BG from time to time.
Provide all necessary program analysis including variance analysis, margin to program manager from time to time.
Preferred experience in Projects / Program in Auto / Auto Ancillary.
• Relevant work experience of 1 to 2 yrs in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualification CMA / Equivalent
• Good Excel (i.e. Vlookup, Pivot table) and PowerPoint office tools knowledge,
• First had experience in SAP environment will be appreciated
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to be quickly and autonomously deliver
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
