About the role
Automation manager, is responsible for identifying the opportunities, and implementing different Gen AI based solutions, other productivity improvement ideas: • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Automation Implementation: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Gen AI initiatives, and other automation projects. Ability to quantify the benefits of such implementations. • Project Management: Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by applying appropriate change management tools and techniques. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align transformation initiatives with business goals. • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are proficient with new systems and processes. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance after implementing the improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. Minimum 15 years of experience in implementing automation initiatives based on Gen AI / ML, NLP, CoPIlot, Gemini, RPA and other tools.
