About the role
In this role, you'll act as a crucial bridge between keeplearning, our university partners, and corporate clients. You'll stitch together innovative, high-impact academic programs in technology (AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Analytics) and business (Leadership, Management, Sales Excellence), manage end-to-end delivery; and continuously enhance learning interventions for maximum impact.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
University and Academic Interface:
- Engage deeply with university partners and globally ranked business schools to ensure academic rigor and quality.
- Collaborate with academic stakeholders, including faculty and program directors, to develop and refine program curricula.
Program Design and Development:
- Design and stitch comprehensive learning journeys by integrating university-driven content with keeplearning's corporate learning interventions.
- Identify, design, and implement immersive experiences (simulations, masterclasses, mentoring) tailored to technology and business audiences.
Program Delivery and Operations:
- Lead end-to-end execution of programs, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional learner experience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams, academic partners, faculty members, and external facilitators.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Measure program effectiveness using participant feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input.
- Continuously iterate and improve learning experiences, content delivery methods, and intervention strategies.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Actively manage relationships with corporate clients, university partners, and internal keeplearning stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment, manage expectations, and proactively address issues or opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline).
- MBA or equivalent management degree from a reputed institution.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, specifically in academic program management, learning and development, EdTech, executive education, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with universities, faculty, and corporate stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with technology-driven training or executive education programs in AI, data science, analytics, or business management.
- Experience working with or within leading higher-education institutions or reputable EdTech companies.
