Role: Regional Lead
Who are we looking for?
This is a Regional Lead (Full time) – HR Level 4 – Location (Mumbai)
Roles and Responsibilities
The Project management lead will manage ASPs providing service for Breakfix support.
Partners management, call planning, Client handling, coordinating for end-to-end solution for calls.
Take part in conducting RCA for issues in order to arrive at a permanent solution.
Monitor the project planning and execution to assess real time performance.
Work Experience
• Should have about 5 to 10 years of laptop/printer BreakFix service management experience
• Must have some knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Should coordinate with the ASPs and client proactively to obtain the related data.
• Ability to think independently and to coordinate with a team of ASPs and their teams
• Must have good communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
Required Candidate profile
• Good communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Exhibit leadership skills to work with a team of ASPs and their teams.
• Disciplined and sincere to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Never give up attitude towards professional challenges
Minimum Educational qualifications
• Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
