About the role
- Understand and interpret GFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare project work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and maintain all required project documentation.
- Monitor and control project timelines in line with planned construction activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site execution team.
- Coordinate with client SPOCs to obtain permits, approvals, and execution clearances.
- Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Submit daily project progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards at site.
- Travel extensively across West India including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Goa, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in rooftop solar project execution.
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems, site execution, and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction planning, project scheduling, and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
- Familiarity with safety and quality practices in solar projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced project environments.
- Experience in handling commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects will be an added advantage.
