About the role
Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in project, program, or operations management within financial services or financial technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires 1-2 years of experience managing and developing project professionals, including responsibility for performance and development.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs from initiation through delivery with clear business or client impact.
- Strong skills in organizing and prioritizing multiple concurrent initiatives, managing dependencies, and resolving issues in a structured, timely manner.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and levels, including client-facing and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including comfort with presenting project status and handling escalations.
- Experience driving process improvement and standardization within a project or operations environment, with a focus on predictable, high-quality delivery.
