About the role
Experience: Preferably 8+ years overall with proven project leadership experience
Domain: Automotive ECU / BMS / Electronics Hardware Development
Key Responsibilities
• Manage automotive hardware/BMS projects covering scope, schedule, effort, cost, quality and delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Hardware, System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to committed milestones and customer expectations.
• Manage project risks, issue escalation, change requests and corrective actions.
• Conduct customer/stakeholder reviews and provide regular project status reporting.
• Drive timely delivery and support the project through development, validation and series release.
Required Skills
• Strong automotive electronics project-management experience.
• Understanding of the HW product development lifecycle.
• Experience in estimation, planning, resource management, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Strong customer/stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of BMS / automotive electronics / HW development is preferred.
